Herbert Ntuli obtained his Ph.D. (Economics) at the University of Cape Town and his research interests include Community-Based Natural Resource Management, institutions, evaluation of non-market environmental goods, agriculture & rural development, land tenure issues in Africa and Land use economics. He is currently working as Senior Lecturer at the University of Pretoria.
