We invite you to unlock the potential of your research at the 2nd RISE Workshop. This esteemed event invites you to showcase your research through a dynamic poster session from July 22-26, 2024.

Posters will be selected from individual papers and extended abstracts from PhD theses. Please note that the responsibility for printing posters lies with the presenter. For inspiration, check out the AEA Poster Session Videos, featuring insightful interviews with select 2023 poster presenters.

The 2nd RISE Workshop is dedicated to addressing critical issues in the wake of an evolving macroeconomic landscape marked by events such as the global financial crisis, European sovereign debt crisis, Covid19 pandemic, geo-political risks, and climate change.

Submission Guidelines:

We invite South African researchers and students to ensure their work is considered and submit their presentation, and paper or extended abstract for the poster session below by 15 May 2024. We recommend making posters self-explanatory and interactive for in-depth discussions about your research and its broader implications. Notification of accepted presentations will be sent by May 22, 2024. Submissions should be in PDF format.
