Mashekwa Maboshe is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics at the University of Zambia and a Visiting Research Fellow in Public Finance at the Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research (ZIPAR). Mashekwa’s research revolves around fiscal and energy policy analysis in sub-Saharan Africa. Mashekwa holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
