Stephen Hosking is the head of the Graduate Centre for Management and also a Professor at the Department of Economics, Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Cape Town, South Africa. He is consulted widely by government on the economics of water and natural resources and has worked at Rhodes University, University of Cape Town and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
