Farayi Gwenhamo is an IMF Resident Representative to Malawi at the International Monetary Fund where she designs and implements IMF’s lending arrangements with member countries. She previously worked as a lecturer at the University of Cape Town and gained her Economics phd from the same institution. Her interest areas are political economy, macroeconomics and international finance.
