Eoin McGuirk is a Visiting Research Scholar at the Center for International Development, Kennedy School, Harvard University and an Assistant Professor of the Department of Economics at Tufts University. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley. His research interests are in development and political economics, with a particular focus on political violence and ethnic divisions.
