Anja Smith is an economist and development practitioner. Her work has focused on the provision of research and technical capacity in the areas of financial inclusion and financial sector development, health economics and health systems analysis, education, and public sector delivery.
she is currently an independent economic expert and a researcher at Research on Socio-Economic Policy (ReSEP: http://resep.sun.ac.za/) at the Economics Department of Stellenbosch University.
