Xiaoying Liu is a Research Economist at the Population Studies Center (PSC) of the University of Pennsylvania (Penn). She has a PhD from the Department of Economics at University College London. His research interests are micro-economic applications in development economics, environmental and resource economics, consumption and saving, and the Chinese Economy.
