Thierry Kangoye is a Principal Strategy and Policy Officer at the African Development Bank Group and he has worked as a research fellow at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Ethiopia and as Chief Economist Office of the World Bank’s Africa Region. He graduated from the Clermont School of Economics at the University of Auvergne and received a Ph.D. in development economics.
