Mustafa Sakr is the Principal Program Officer at the African Union Development Agency. He is experienced in regional integration and the multilateral trading system, including the world trade organization, international trade statistics, multilateral and regional trade agreements, and non-tariff barriers with expertise in project management skills, international event planning, and organizing skills, and the ability to develop programs and provide the necessary budgetary and administrative support. He obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pretoria.
