Melvin M. Khomo is the Head of Financial Markets at the Central Bank of Swaziland and his key responsibility is to lead and provide strategic direction to the department that manages foreign exchange reserves, originates debt on behalf of the Swaziland Government, performs treasury operations, and undertakes monetary operations. He obtained a Ph.D. in Development Finance at the University of Stellenbosch.
