Martin Rode is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Navarra in Pamplona (Spain) and a Research Fellow at the Institute for Research in Economic and Fiscal Issues (IREF). He obtained a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the Universities of Cantabria, the Basque Country, and Oviedo with research interests in the areas of Political Economy, Institutional Economics, and Public Policy.
