Godfrey Mahofa holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Cape Town and currently, he is a Carnegie Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Economics, University of Cape Town, South Africa. His research interests are Regional and Urban Economics, Development Economics, and International Trade. In the past, he worked for the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority, as a Revenue Specialist and worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension at the University of Zimbabwe.
