Fulbert Tchana Tchana is a Senior Economist at the World Bank in the Macroeconomic and Fiscal Management Global Practice. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Montreal. Prior to joining the Ministry of Finance in Quebec, he was an Assistant Professor at the School of Economics of the University of Cape Town in South Africa. His research areas are financial economics, macroeconomics and applied econometrics.
