Owen Willcox is an economist, currently working as a Principal Consultant for Oxford Policy Management, working in the Public Financial Management portfolio. Before joining OPM he worked at the National Treasury for 11 years in a number of roles including economic forecasting, representing South Africa at the G20 and working in the public finance in the budget process. He has a Masters degree from the University of Cape Town.
