Philip is a Professor at the Centre of Policy Studies (CoPS), Victoria University, Melbourne. Before his current position, Philip was Director and Professor at CoPS, Monash University. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Melbourne. His area of expertise includes Applied economic analysis for policymakers, Economic modeling of industries and regions, Energy and economic issues, and Greenhouse policy analysis.
