Samuel Sangawulo Jibao is a Senior Lecturer at the African Tax Institute, the University of Pretoria with the main area of interest in public economics with a special focus on taxation. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and has done extensive research on tax, both at the national and sub-national levels.
