James Blignaut is currently a professor attached to the Environmental Governance Department of the School for Public Leadership, Stellenbosch University, and an Honorary Research Fellow of the South African Environmental Observation Network (SAEON) with the area of interest in Environmental Resource Economics And Development Economics.
