David S. Garber is a Branch Chief of Expert Services at the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, U.S. Department of Labor with expertise in economic and job growth, poverty reduction, labor economics, and workplace fairness issues and experience using quantitative models (CBA, ERR, CGE) to inform public policy. He has also worked as an Economist at the Economic Research Southern Africa. He obtained a Ph.D. in Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
