Timothy Hinks

Timothy Hinks is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at the University of the West of England, Bristol with research interests in development economics, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa, transitional economies, labor economics, happiness economics, and applied econometrics. He worked previously at the University of Witwatersrand, and the University of Bath. His current work includes research into corruption and life satisfaction, cultural social norms, and what artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic technologies will mean for citizens and the economy.
