Thomas Bossuroy is a Senior Economist at the World Bank where he designs, implements, and evaluates social protection and employment programs for governments in West Africa. Before joining the World Bank in 2012, he was Research and Policy Fellow at SALDRU, within the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the Paris School of Economics.
