Rulof is a senior lecturer and researcher in the Department of Economics at Stellenbosch University and a research associate in the Centre for the Study of African Economies at Oxford University. Rulof completed a doctorate at Oxford University and his research has focused primarily on applying micro-econometric techniques to answer South African labour market questions.
