Romain Houssa is a professor of economics at the University of Namur (Development Finance and Public Policies-DeFiPP, Center for Research in the Economics of Development-CRED, and Center for Research in Finance and Management-CeReFiM) and also a research fellow at SARB. He is the Fiscal and Monetary Policy Convenor and a member of the research committee at ERSA. His research interests include applied macroeconomics, international macroeconomics, monetary economics, and development economics.
