Prof. Richard Mulwa is the current Centre Director and Senior Research Fellow at the Environment for Development-Kenya (EfD-K) based at the Department of Economics and Development Studies, University of Nairobi. He holds a Ph.D. from the Justus-Liebig University (JLU), Giessen, Germany, and is currently teaching at the Centre for Advanced Studies in Environmental Law and Policy (CASELAP) and School of Economics, University of Nairobi. He has a wealth of experience in Efficiency and Productivity Analysis, Environmental and Resource Economics and Policy, Environmental Valuation, Economic Modelling, and Climate Change.
