Onkokame Mothobi is a Senior Researcher Research ICT Africa where they conduct research on ICT policy and regulation that facilitates evidence-based and informed policy-making for improved access, use, and application of ICT for social development and economic growth. He obtained his Ph.D. in Industrial Organization from the University of Cape Town.
