Jonathan Jayes is a Ph.D. Student at Lund University School of Economics and Management and he is researching the effects of the 1918 Spanish flu on access to healthcare in the Cape province of South Africa. He obtained a master’s degree in economics at Stellenbosch University and is interested in microeconomics, behavior change, and trade.
