Dr. Ernest Ngeh Tingum is a well-trained MS SQL Database Administrator, economist, and senior lecturer at the University of Namibia. His current research interest is in Labour economics, tobacco taxation, and the illicit trade of tobacco products. He is also in charge of the global collective bargaining agreement database with WageIndicator Foundation based in Holland as a Lead Specialist/Economist.
