Erika Botha is a Lecturer and Facilitator in Management & Leadership at the University of the Free State Business School and She completed an MBA through the UNISA School of Business Leadership. She has been working and training in various industries, including Banking, Mining, Engineering, NGO, and Education. She is on the faculty of the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
