Dylan Brewer is currently completing his Master’s in Economics at the University of Pretoria. He completed his Bachelor’s in Economics in 2014 and his Honour’s in Economics in 2015. Both qualifications were obtained from the University of Pretoria, and both with distinction. In addition, he obtained an Advanced Certificate in Emerging Markets and Country Risk Analysis from Fordham University, New York in 2015.

Dylan’s research interests include competition economics, specifically the effects of multinational mergers on the welfare of the citizens of a country.

After completing his Master’s, Dylan plans on becoming an economist in the private sector specialising in the field of competition economics.
