Arthur Galego Mendes is a consultant in the Development Research Group at the World Bank. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in 2019. His primary research field is macroeconomics, with specialization in fiscal and monetary policy, natural resources, and economic growth.
