The Fiscal and Monetary Policy Research Programme explores how monetary and fiscal policy decisions shape economic growth and productivity. We invite you to join us in delving into the complexities of how these policies influence each other and different aspects of the economy.   • Macroeconomic Impact of Monetary Policy Decisions: How do actions by the Reserve Bank and monetary policy interventions influence borrowing costs and financial risks in the economy?
  • Economic Impact of Macroprudential Policies: How do regulatory measures designed to ensure financial stability affect the broader economy and the effectiveness of monetary and fiscal policies?
